How to install sounds on a Debian 3.1 system?

i plan to generalize the first chapter of the sounds page and move it to the bottom of 'Game Mods' page. splitting the ftp link to all the configuration sets, of course.

i just realized that there is already a How to Contribute page for conding contributions ... maybe we should incorporate all the different hints for contributions on that page? so references to licensing terms and similar stuff must not be explained twice? or should legal issues be addressed on its own page? --Engel 04:00, 15 Oct 2005 (PDT)

ok, just read about the Westphalians ruleset ... think i should update the Nations page first ... will try to incorporate the README file there.
